Museo di Palazzo Vecchio: one hour before museum closing time
For all other museums: half an hour before museum closing time
Access to the Cappella Brancacci is from the entrance that leads to the cloister of the church of Santa Maria del Carmine situated at Piazza del Carmine no. 14. Access to the chapel is granted to a maximum of 30 people at a time, for a 15-minute visit. Authorisation for 30-minute visits is only given in special cases. It is not possible to visit the chapel by going through the church.
At present the museum is not accessible to disabled visitors.
